Project Overview

This project entails the development of four specialized E-Learning Operational Models (OM) designed to address the educational needs of underrepresented learners on a nationwide scale in the MENA region. These models cater to Hospital and Home Bound Students, Incarcerated Youth, Overcrowded Classrooms, and Rural Schools. This comprehensive project encompasses instructional design, technology ecosystem implementation, leadership involvement, and more.

The E-Learning Operational Models are aimed at policymakers, educational leaders, and educators working within the MENA region. These models provide valuable insights and strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of underrepresented learners, enhancing access to quality education for all.

Results

  • The creation of four specialized E-Learning Operational Models, each addressing the unique challenges faced by underrepresented learner groups.

  • Development and provision of user guides for each operational model, facilitating their effective implementation.

  • Enhanced access to quality education for Hospital and Home Bound Students, Incarcerated Youth, learners in
    Overcrowded Classrooms, and students in Rural Schools.

  • The incorporation of instructional design principles, technology ecosystems, and leadership involvement to ensure the success of these models.

  • A significant step toward more inclusive and equitable education in the MENA region, providing underrepresented learners with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.
